While the initial Mk16 was woefully under-developed before delivery, FN has now had more than a decade to refine the SCAR 16, and it has been seen as a primary service rifle for a few countries (of course Belgium being one). However not many have pushed the SCAR 16 hard, and it certainly is much less understood in many circles while being over-shadowed by the M4, G36, and HK416 series of rifles... but how does it actually perform under the pressure of speed when accuracy is also paramount?
