Vegas is a relatively popular spot, and amongst the multitude of things you can do there is check out a few AFVs. Battlefield Vegas is primarily a "rent-a-machinegun' type location, but they have a few tanks you can fire off as well, if your wallet is up to it. If not, the vehicle park is publicly accessible.
