The cartridges were wrapped in paper sheets, and labels were printed or glued to them to indicate the content. These labels always fascinated me as they are just excellent mementos of a long-gone period. I started to replicate the wrapper labels of the American Civil rifle muskets like the Springfield and Enfield. They are available in our stores.
